About Me

Christina Swan is an English teacher at The Liberal Arts and Science Academy in Austin, TX. When she’s not grading essays or keeping her two small children from cutting off their hair to use as a campfire (true story), she enjoys watching, reading, writing, and arguing about sci fi. She’s known for Being Picky About Your College Essays, and sponsoring Shakespeare Club and the short-lived Jedi Club (you guys know who you are. I still want my pizza). She is not yet an expert in the genre of science fiction, but she was probably dressing in Star Trek costumes before you were born.
